First Edition line is composed of single varietal wines, where the expression of Terroir del Alto Cachapoal is reflected in each variety.
First Edition is the line that gives us a start as a Boutique Vineyard, our wines are characterized by their fruit intensity.
This is a late harvest wine, it happens in late May or June, it is received parochially rotten in the winery, as well as with natural dehydration, this allows us to ferment it at low temperature, turning into residual sugar naturally.
