Sight: Amber with copper reflections that denote its oxidative aging.

Smell: Intense, deep, very marked oxidative aging notes. Nuts, walnut shell, tobacco leaf.

Taste: Notes of raisins, honey and nuts. Sweetness and pasification marked but surrounded by a freshness and acidity that make it a very balanced sweet.
