Roxanne Cava Brut Vintage


Macabeo & Chardonnay


Harmonizes both for aperitifs and light meals. Ideal with light sh, sushi, seafood, cheeses, pasta, rice and even white meat.


Harvest of each variety separately during the night, the bunches are being harvested by machine, using a grape harvester with a built-in sheller.
Skin-contact maceration of each variety for a maximum of 8 hours at low temperature. Separation of free run must from press must, using only optimal qualities. Light static settling of the musts at low temperatures. Fermentation at low temperature between 15 and 20 ºC.


Sight: Straw yellow colour with golden hues. Clean and bright. Fine and persistent bubbles.

Smell: Intense, fruity and delicate, with hints of apple, apricot and tropical fruits. Soft nuances of magnolia blossom, toast and pastry cream.

Taste: Fresh and voluminous. Good structure, ne and well integrated bubbles. Balanced, persistent and elegant acidity
