Wine Overview

Manually harvert during the first week of February. Fermentation started by selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks. The fermentation is carried out through the Charmat method at controlled temperature.

Tasting Notes

Intense golden color with green highlights. Fruity aroma with notes of pineapple and peach as well as hints of toasted bread. Good and balance acidity with soft and delicate bubbles in the glass. Elegant and silky.
