Wine Overview

Fermentation with selected yeasts and takes place under controlled temperature. Traditional pumping over respecting the characteristics of the fruit.
A post-fermentative maceration of 4-5 days is carried out.
Aging in French and American oak barrels for 6 months.

Tasting Notes

Cherry color with red reflections. Aromas of red berries with a slight touch of vanilla. Full body in mouth, spicy, with a long finish.
