organic vineyards grown at 600-900m altitude in the Requena region in Valencia. Aged on lees for 13
months

Color: Straw yellow colour with golden hues. Clean and bright. Fine and persistent bubbles..
Aroma: White fruits citrus notes and pastries.
Palate: Aged on lees for 13 months to give complexity and minerality this is a fresh, soft and rounded Cava with a fine and persistent bubble and a long, elegant finish
