Our Chardonnay Vineyards are within 15 and 18 years old. San Martín de Unx is an excellent area to develop this variety since the slope soils, properly vented and with a height within 450 to 650 allows us to elaborate a great white chardonnay wines. The soil and the weather in the area of north Spain allows us to keep the freshness and quality that this variety requires.

Sight: Yellow straw-coloured, pale, clean and bright with metallic reflections.
Smell: Subtle aroma with a predominance of citrics, it has some light tropical fruits intensity smooth pepper notes and bakery with a mineral ending.
Taste: Broad creamy entry to the mouth with a, good medium body. very pleasan aftertaste with hints of citric fruits, bakery and minerals. Good balance between fruit and acidity.
